What we collect

When you request an estimate on this site

Your name and phone number, plus anything else you choose to give us: email, city, the type of project, and the details you type in.

When you call us

Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and what you tell us. Calls may be recorded and transcribed — you’ll hear that before the conversation starts. If nobody picks up, our virtual phone assistant answers, asks what you need, your name, the address of the job and the best number to call back. That conversation is recorded and transcribed, and so is any voicemail you leave.

When you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram

The answers you submit — typically your name, phone number, email, city and what you need painted. Meta may pre-fill some of those fields from your profile; you can change them before you submit. Meta sends us only what’s on the form. How Meta itself handles your data is covered by Meta’s privacy policy.

When you email us

Your email address and whatever you write, including any photos you attach.

This website

We don’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested — to run and protect the site. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.

How we use it

• To call you back, answer your questions and give you an estimate.
• To schedule, do and follow up on your job if you hire us.
• To keep the business records we’re required to keep, like invoices and tax records.

We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. If you’d like us to stop contacting you, say so and we will.

Who helps us handle it

We’re a small company and use a few service providers to run it. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel — hosts this website and runs the estimate form.
• Migadu — our email provider — estimate requests and call summaries reach Tim by email.
• Supabase — the database behind our customer records.
• OpenAI — hosts the private app Tim uses to read those customer records.
• Twilio — our phone service — carries calls and stores call recordings, voicemails and transcripts.
• ElevenLabs — runs our virtual phone assistant and produces the transcript of those calls.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — hosts the forms we run on Facebook and Instagram and passes your answers to us.

If you hire us, the crew doing your job gets what they need to do it — your name, address, phone number and the scope of work. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to respond to you or complete your job, and as long after that as tax and business recordkeeping rules require. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except for records we’re legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact us any of the ways below and we’ll confirm once it’s done.

Security

Access to customer records is limited to Tim, and our providers protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with what you give us.

Children

This site and our services are for homeowners and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
