Your job isn't handed off to a subcontractor you've never met: the person who quoted it is the person on the ladder and the person responsible for it, he does the final walkthrough with you, and you'll have his direct number for the whole project.

It depends on square footage, ceiling height, how much prep the surfaces need, how many colors, and whether trim, doors and ceilings are included — which is why we don't quote off a phone call alone. Tim walks the job (or works from your photos for small ones) and you get an itemized written estimate: paint by brand and grade, prep, coats, schedule. No surprises on the invoice.

No — Illinois has no state painter license, so anyone can print "licensed" on a truck. Ask instead for a written scope that lists the prep, who actually runs the crew, and a warranty you can read before you sign. You'll get all three from us.

Roughly May through early October. We paint when air and surface temps sit between about 50°F and 85°F, overnight lows stay above 35°F for the coatings we use, and humidity is under 70%. Good crews' exterior calendars fill by March, so book your estimate early — interior painting, cabinets and drywall run all winter.
